Towards the end of Term 1, Year 13 students headed off to Tautuku for a memorable camp experience, marking an important milestone in their final year at Logan Park High School.
The camp offered a valuable opportunity for students to reconnect with each other outside the classroom, strengthening friendships and building new bonds. Through a series of initiative activities, students worked together to overcome challenges, showing leadership, teamwork, and creativity. Many of these activities built on skills first introduced during the Year 10 camp at Tautuku, allowing students to reflect on how much they have grown over their high school journey.
A special focus of the camp was taking time to reflect on the path so far – the challenges, the successes, and the lessons learned. Students were encouraged to think deeply about their experiences and to set personal and academic goals for their final year. This time for reflection, combined with the supportive environment of Tautuku, helped students to feel motivated and focused as they step into their leadership roles within the school.
We are proud of the positive way our Year 13 students embraced the experience and look forward to seeing the growth and leadership they will bring to Logan Park High School throughout 2025.
