Whānau Hui Kicks Off the Year with Warmth and Connection

To finish off Term 1, Logan Park High School held our first Whānau Hui of the year—and what a special evening it was. We were thrilled with the strong turnout of whānau who came together to connect, share ideas, and enjoy a relaxed kai in the whare.

A highlight of the evening was the performance by our kapa haka rōpū, who are sounding absolutely wonderful. Their passion and growing confidence set a beautiful tone for the evening and reminded us of the strength and pride in our shared culture.

These hui are an important way for us to build and strengthen relationships between school and home, and to ensure our Māori ākonga are supported and celebrated.

Kā mihi nui to everyone who came along and contributed to such a positive start to our whānau engagement for 2025.
