What a Relay for Life 2026 was!
The Logan Park team of staff, students and wider whānau joined the Otago community to raise money for cancer research and support. We would like to thank everyone who contributed to the $1500 Logan Park was able to add to the community total of $260,000. Otago as a region raised more than any other region in New Zealand through Relay for Life – of this we should be incredibly proud. Twelve hours of walking laps around the stadium to support those who have been affected by cancer; there were some sore bodies the following day! Our group was a buzz of energy, from start to finish.
We thank Mr. Kain for organising the team, Matua Wiki for being the anchorman and staying the entire 14 hours and everyone else who showed up, did some laps, supplied some kai and donated to the cause.
