Outdoor Music Concert

Despite the chilly conditions, the skies stayed (mostly blue) for our end of Term 3 celebration of some truly great performers.

Behind the canteen was definitely the place to be on the final lunch hour of term. Staff and students all gathered for a range of stunning original songs – together with some oldies thrown in for…the oldies…and the quality of songwriting, musicianship and vocal performance on offer was truly spectacular.

It seems that when our incredible Year 13 musicians leave us, their shoes will never be filled – but as today’s bands proved, both the current Year 13s (who were once Year 9s), and those currently still in Year 10, they always, somehow, are.

A big thanks to Ms Fahy for her organisation (and for growing these young stars) and to Strawberry Sound for the set up and technical can-do.

What a great way to farewell Term 3 and head into the holidays!
