Netball – Otago Secondary Schools Competition

The Otago Secondary Schools netball competition was a thrilling event in mid-June, with the Junior Tui and Senior Tui teams showing great spirit.

The first day was tough for the Junior Tui, who lost to East Otago High School. However, they bounced back on day two in an exciting 3rd and 4th Playoff.

In a gripping rematch, the Junior Tui turned the tables and beat East Otago, showing true grit and teamwork. Their win was a highlight of the competition, and this won’t be the last highlight of the year. 

Meanwhile, the Senior Tui maintained their relentless drive, showcasing exceptional skill and teamwork throughout the tournament.

Both teams demonstrated their grit and sportsmanship, making their schools and supporters very proud.
