On Thursday 20th June, all Year 12 students participated in a workshop delivered by facilitators from the Police.
The Loves Me Not Programme is a Nationwide Programme delivered to Year 12s. It is a whole school approach to positive relationships designed to reinforce the qualities of positive communication and relationships and how to see the signs of negative relationships and relationship abuse. This day provided Year 12 students with the opportunity to have meaningful discussions around positive relationships, consent, identifying red flags, and how to stay safe. This day is another opportunity to reinforce learning around healthy relationships that builds on knowledge from Junior Health classes.
Students enjoyed the day, and found it beneficial.
