The Caledonian Ground buzzed with vibrant energy as Logan Park High School held its annual Athletics Day.
From spirited students to enthusiastic staff, the entire school community embraced the day with gusto. A picture-perfect day set the stage for fierce competition and unwavering house spirit.
The morning kicked off with a thunderous display of house chants, each vying for the loudest and most creative. Students, many adorned in colourful costumes, showcased their unwavering loyalty. The atmosphere was electric, a testament to the strong sense of camaraderie within the school.
The competition was tight, but Aoraki emerged victorious, claiming the overall title with 841 points, followed by Clayton 2nd, Toroa 3rd and Omimi 4th. The battle for participation points was equally fierce, with Aoraki narrowly edging out Toroa, 605 to 601. Clayton and Omimi also displayed commendable spirit and athletic prowess.

A huge round of applause is due to the dedicated House Deans, House and Sports prefects, whose tireless efforts encouraged widespread participation and fostered a truly inclusive and active day. Their enthusiasm ensured everyone, regardless of athletic ability, felt part of the Logan Park Athletics Day success.
