Our kapa haka group Te kapua o te Raki performed as part of Polyfest in September.
Performance items included Nei te kapua, hukarere ki ruka and aue nga iwi e. It was inspiring to see the group perform so confidently in front of such a large crowd at the Edgar Centre.
Thanks to Wiki Haua and Maraea (Wiki's mum) and Tip Winiata for all their support with the group.
