In September Helen Reid and Andrea McSweeney accompanied eight students to the Otago Polytechnic Dessert Evening.
Throughout the evening first year culinary arts students served dessert based on fairy tales. From the legend of Mida’s Touch to the darkness of Hansel and Gretel the desserts were the full dining experience! Cue fake blood and dry ice!
