Congratulations to Yvonne Caulfield who has won a prestigious Royal Society Science Teaching Leadership Award for 2017.
The Award recognises Yvonne's innovative curriculum design and her nurturing and extension of students through many of the opportunities offered through the Science Department.
She will spend the first semester of 2017 working with the Geology Department at the University of Otago with Dr Andrew Gorman developing engaging resources for Junior Science programmes.
We are looking forward to Yvonne returning fulltime to Logan Park from Term 3 onwards with lots of exciting ideas to further extend students in Science.
