There's a sport and team for everyone, so find out how to sign up and get involved.
We have a large range of sports for our students to take part in over the year. All our sports will be advertised each week at school in the daily notices, gym noticeboard, Facebook and here in the Sports Portal — sport.lphs.school.nz. If you would like more details, or would like to talk to the Sports Coordinator go to the gym office at interval or lunch, or contact a sports specific coach.
1. Collect from the sports coordinator or download the correct permission slip (see Attachments below).
2. Complete the permission slip and return to the OFFICE with payment.
3. If payment is made online, indicate this on the permission slip and return to the OFFICE.
4. If you wish to placer this onto your account, please contact the office to arrange this before completing the permission slip.
Please ensure that you persmission slip goes to the OFFICE and NOT the teacher in charge.
