The lethal awesomeness of the humble custard square - can students handle the pressure?

Year 13 Hospitality students recently put their knowledge of food contamination hazards and control methods into practice while making custard squares - a potentially lethal source of food borne illness and death.  Our students demonstrated mastery over the process and successfully made delicious (and safe) custard squares.
