Rebecca Dalphin and Louis Freeman both competed in the Otago Secondary School Duathlon Championships which were held on Sunday the 24th September.
It was their first time competing in a duathlon for both of them and the first time Logan Park had entered the race. It was a tough competition for both of and they both competed very well taking out some very impressive placings. Rebecca won the Junior girls Individual section and Louis Freeman came third in the Senior Boys Individual section.
Their success in the duathlon has inspired both of them to try a triathlon in 2018.
