Happy Seollal – Korean Lunar New Year celebration.

In Korean culture, Lunar New Year is a time for reflection, gratitude, and celebrating new beginnings.

To mark Lunar New Year on the 17th, a traditional Korean exhibition was held in the Korean classroom.

During the Korean lesson, students tried on hanbok, learnt sebae (the ritual of bowing to elders to wish them well), tasted traditional snacks, and played traditional games, immersing themselves fully in Korean culture. Everyone had a wonderful time and received gifts wishing them happiness.
