In early Term Two, students were treated to an adorable lunchtime event called the “Cuddle Fix”.
A litter of playful kittens was kindly brought into school for a very special cause.
For a small donation, students could spend time cuddling the kittens, and it was clear from the smiles (and purrs!) that everyone involved thoroughly enjoyed the experience, including the kittens themselves!
The event raised $64 for Cat Rescue Dunedin, supporting their ongoing work to care for and rehome vulnerable cats and kittens in our community.
A big thank you to Ava and Mr. Sproken who organised this heartwarming fundraiser. It was a huge hit, and we’re proud to see such compassion and initiative in action.
